 Adults
Location: Forest Glen Elementary school Gym
Time: 7:00PM - 8:00PM
Karate for Adults
Learn a skill while getting exercise, study the art of karate and
self-defense while improving muscle tone and flexibility. Emphasis will
be on traditional martial arts training including self discipline, basic
stances, kicks, hand techniques and self defense techniques. A karate
gi is not necessary. Wear comfortable clothing. Class will be
instructed to accommodate the beginning student as well as the advance
student. This is a class families can take together.
Karate for Kids
Location: Forest Glen Elementary school Gym
Time: 6:00PM-6:45PM
Karate for Kids (6 - 12)
Have fun while learning the art of
karate and self-defense. Basics will be taught with an emphasis on
self-discipline, stances, kicks, and hand techniques. All levels of
athletic ability are encouraged to participate. A karate gi is not
necessary. Wear comfortable clothing.
